HAL TAYLOR is admitted to practice in ILLINOIS, NEVADA, CALIFORNIA. He has over 18 years experience in professional licensing and administrative law and over 22 years litigation experience.
Previously he was legal counsel for the Nevada State Contractors Board, the Nevada State Optometry Board, and for over five years the Chief of Prosecutions - Business Professions for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, that state's umbrella regulatory agency. He will be a presenter in professional licensing law issues at next year's meeting of the Association of State Agency Attorneys and Administrators.
In addition to licensing law, Hal Taylor represents claimants in Social Security Disability claims, defendants in criminal matters, and parties to civil litigation. He also has extensive experience as an arbitrator.
